MotherhoodVibes Pregnancy Care Education believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore established a refund & cancellation policy. Under this policy:

As a policy, other than exceptions mentioned below, MotherhoodVibes Pregnancy Care Education does not issue a refund once a payment for any of its services has been made.

In case you are unable to attend a registered Online Webinar that you have paid for, you can cover up by attending the same class when it’s scheduled at a later date.

If you need to make any changes to your attendance for any of our classes, we request you to whatsapp on 9600706076 or drop us a mail at motherhoodvibes.sindhu@gmail.com in advance.

As exceptions, refunds are offered only for any duplicate payments and when slots are overbooked beyond the max unit limit set on the payment gateway event link due to last-minute parallel registrations. For overbooked refunds, we will initiate the refunds within 24 hour of the payment. For a duplicate payment, we will initiate the refund within 24 hours and provide you with the refund case ID. Your refund amount will be credited within 12 working days. In case you do not receive funds, you can send us an email at motherhoodvibes.sindhu@gmail.com and we will share a reference number which can be used to trace the refund.
