🔸 If your payment fails and you haven’t received a payment confirmation email or Payment ID, it means the transaction was unsuccessful, but the amount has been debited from your account. The money will be automatically refunded by your bank within 7 working days. If not, please contact your bank or Razorpay support.

🔸 If you haven’t received a Payment Mail or Payment ID after a successful payment, it’s likely due to an incorrect email address. Please contact us on WhatsApp with your registered name and mobile number. Otherwise, the invite will go to the wrong email.

🔸 Refunds are not provided if you miss a class due to personal reasons. However, you can reschedule the class for the next available date. Please reach out in advance.

🔸 Refunds are not applicable. Once you register and make the payment, the amount is non-refundable.

🔸 Yes, rescheduling is possible for genuine reasons. Please contact us in advance to request a reschedule. Slots are subject to availability.

🔸 Yes, moms from around the world are welcome to join our online classes! All sessions are conducted via Google Meet, which is accessible globally. Just make sure to check the time zone difference before registering.
