This is a hands-on, interactive Infant Massage Workshop designed to help new parents confidently learn massage techniques that relieve colic, gas, and constipation. The session covers specific massage strokes for the legs, stomach, chest, arms, head, face & neck, back, gentle movements, and targeted routines for colic, constipation, and lacrimal (eye) massage. I will demonstrate each stroke on a doll, and you are encouraged to follow along using your own baby or a soft toy with arms and legs—even a teddy bear works perfectly!
